The Lang Tools Die 10 x 1.25mm is designed for efficient, on-the-job repairs of damaged threads on bolts and studs. This die helps chase out damaged threads, remove nicks and burrs, and restore thread integrity without undercutting the good threads.
It is shaped with a 6-point design for compatibility with socket or wrench, and it should be used with light oil. This die is not intended for cutting new threads. It is highly tempered for strength and durability and features a gold zinc plating for enhanced protection and longevity.
